Tonga Hut, a neighborhood Tiki Lounge in North Hollywood, is hiring one bartender to work Saturdays and Mondays 3p-8p. If you are not available Saturdays and Mondays 3p-8p then PLEASE do not apply. We are not hiring for any other shifts at the moment.

Training/Start Date: Applicant must be available for training at least two days during the week of Oct 5th from 3p-8p. Starting date is Saturday Oct 11th.

Applicant must have bartending experience. This means more than just bartending school. Alcohol safety training certification is a plus. Knowledge of Tiki culture is a plus. Applicant must have excellent customer service skills, be trustworthy, a team player, flexible and a quick learner. The job requires memorization of at least 16 specialty cocktails. The shift includes sweeping, mopping and general clean up to prepare bar before opening at 4pm.
