MUST BE AT LEAST 21 YEARS OLD TO REPLY.

Major Responsibility:
Provide quality and courteous beverage service to Casino players and guests.

Physical Requirements:
1. Must be able to lift 20 pounds.
2. Must be able to stand, bend and walk for extended periods of time.

Other Responsibilities:
1. Acknowledge and greet customers and guests in a friendly and courteous manner.
2. Take beverage orders, and collect payment from Casino players and guests.
3. Assure that all orders are taken correctly and efficiently.
4. Be completely familiar with drink recipes and all liquor brands, beers, and mix drinks.
5. Knowledge and expertise utilizing automated liquor dispensing system.
6. Develop expertise in the use of the computer terminal system.
7. Never indicate that a tip “toke” or gratuity is expected for service.
8. Make frequent rounds throughout the Casino offering cocktail service.
9. Clearly communicate “last call” at the designated closing time.
10. Remove empty bar glasses and bottles from tables and service trays.
11. Be watchful for persons who appear to be under the legal drinking age limit.
12. Maintain cleanliness of the bar and in the bar service station.
13. Maintain a professional appearance at all times.
14. Be alert to recognize when a guest may have had enough to drink.
15. Experience and knowledge working with POS systems with Micros preferred
16. Perform all other work-related duties as assigned by the Food and Beverage Shift Manager.
