New restaurant opening looking for true hospitality professionals to join our team for following positions:

Floor Manager
position requirements:
• Full understanding of Opentable and Rezbook
• Must be able to anticipate guest needs while delivering the ultimate dining
experience
• Responsible for nightly reports, opening or closing and weekly inventories
• Assisting with the organization of all pre-shift meetings with FOH staff
• Assist in scheduling, training and coaching of all FOH staff
• Must be Professional and polished at all times
• Knowledge of Micros POS
• Serve Safe Certified

Host
position requirements:
• Full understanding of Opentable and Rezbook
• Friendly, warm personality and ability to work under pressure with a smile
• Must have a true understanding of service and manage dining room traffic flow
• Excellent telephone skills

Server
position requirements:
• Must have experience working in high volume upscale casual dining restaurants
with true knowledge of spirits, craft beers, specialty drinks and wine.
• Must have a genuine passion for food, wine and delivering the ultimate dining
experience
• Must be a team player with strong work ethics

Bartenders
position requirements:
• Must be committed to providing a complete dining experience at your bar
• Must have true knowledge of spirits, craft beers, specialty drinks and wine.
• Must be able to multitask with a great work ethic
• Must be able to lift up to 35lbs if needed
