The Belamar, located in Manhattan Beach, CA, is searching for one Full Time and one Part-Time Bartender with prior bartending experience for their new Restaurant and Bar, Second Story.
The Bartender will have responsibility for executing exceptional guest service, maintaining a clean work environment, making drinks to specifications and assisting with controlling pour costs. This position has a large amount of responsibility with liquor control, executing specials and programs and daily restaurant operations, including serving food at the bar as needed. Incumbent must utilize available resources to provide excellent Guest Satisfaction at ALL TIMES. The Bartender will meet or exceed productivity standards, taking corrective action as needed to ensure standards are maintained.

Job Requirements:
QUALIFICATIONS:
The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years’ bartending experience within a hotel restaurant or restaurant environment. Excellent leadership skills including effective communication, training, team work and positive attitude. Ability to assist in executing promotions that increase bar revenues. Must have Alcohol Awareness Training. Work hours/days vary as dictated by business needs, and will include weekends and holidays.
