•Sets up bar including all liquor, sodas, mixers, garnishes, glassware and supplies; inventories unused liquor and beverages. Also breakdown of the bar at completion of the function. Must maintain an organized work area to maximize efficiency.
•Maintains beverage storage areas and assists with inventory.
