“LEAD BARTENDER needed for Hot New Restaurant & Ultra Lounge”
We want you if you are “hot & experienced” for a hot & new restaurant lounge in Palm Springs. We are a top dining & nighttime destination regionally delivering an upscale casual experience and offering extraordinary Food & Beverage with great Service, Atmosphere and Design driven by Quality Management. We also offer entertainment programming and dancing.
Candidates must have the ability to deliver a unique guest experience, be totally service oriented and manage all aspects of their specified position. You must be highly familiar with upscale Foods & Beverages.
CANDIDATES MUST HAVE/BE:
Comfortable and “looks the part” in an upscale environment.
Significant knowledge and experience in their position
Organizational Skills, Attention to Detail
Great POS skills (We use Aloha)
Sense of Urgency to Serve
Training Background
A PLUS:

Understands Fine Dining service style.
Celebrity clientele experience.
Can deliver a great experience.
