Server
Service of food and/or beverage to include the order-taking and delivery of any food and/or beverage item. This task is to be handled in a friendly, courteous, helpful, timely and professional manner in a very high level of guest satisfaction.

Host/Hostess
Greet guest in a positive and friendly manner that are dinning in the restaurant. Provide menus and ensure guest is aware of specials and up sell food & beverage items by suggesting items from menus.

Bartenders
Serve beverage and/or food to guests in a friendly, courteous and timely manner, resulting in guest satisfaction. Also, to prepare beverages for other serves to supply to guests, and act as cashier for the lobby bar lounge. Mixes, garnishes and presents drinks ensuing standard ingredient recipes and practicing prudent portion control. Check guests for proper identification. Detect and act upon guest inebriation as trained. Demonstrate knowledge of liquor laws

Room Service Server
To deliver and serve food and/or beverage items in a friendly, courteous and timely manner resulting in guest satisfaction. Retrieve checks from order taker, set table and pick up order from the kitchen or bar. When picking up, be certain that order is complete, i.e., all food, beverage, alcoholic beverage, and all condiments. Carry trays up t 30lbs. or push wheeled carts to deliver room service orders to guests in a friendly and courteous manner to ensure guest satisfaction. After set up, present check and obtain payment. Delivers payment/signed check to order taker for closing.

Line Cook
Prepares hot food items, on the assigned station (s), in accordance with recipes and standards while maintaining a neat and clean work environment in a safe, accident-free manner.
